How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, please use our "booking" tab and submit a request with us. Be prepared to provide us with a description of the piece you would like to get as well as the preferred size and placement. Solidifying an appointment once approved will require a deposit.

How much do you charge?

Price is dependent on several factors, including size, placement and complexity of the design. We usually offer a slightly discounted rate for larger pieces to ensure the overall cost is still manageable. We provide a price estimate during the process of finalizing appointments, but please keep in mind that these are only an approximate amount and may vary based on any size or placement adjustments made at your appointment. If you have a budget, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to make a design that fits your needs.

Should I arrive early to my appointment?

While many bigger shops prefer for their customers to arrive prior to the scheduled appointment time, this is not the case for us. While we do appreciate the sentiment of making sure you arrive with enough time to spare, we plan for you to be there at the time our appointment is set for and often don't have extra time for prep between appointments. To ensure the most pleasant experience possible for you, we want to have as much prepared for your appointment as possible prior to your arrival.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

We understand that it can be comforting to have a friend or partner with you to help ease any anxiety or worry you may have, this is not possible with the current space we are working in. Our studio is very small and cozy and we simply aren't able to accommodate extra people for the full duration of a tattoo (and we have the feeling they might get bored anyways). However, we want to make sure you're feeling comfortable with the process, so if you would like to bring someone along for the stencil placement process, we do allow that. We just ask that you let us know in advance so we have enough space available, and kindly request your guest to leave before we begin tattooing. Special exceptions can be made if you struggle with anxiety, etc. so please let us know if this is the case, and we will take these requests on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding.

When will you do a guest spot in my city?

We recently started adding guest spots to our yearly work schedules and are working to incorporate them as often as we can. While we may not know exactly when or if we will be in a certain country or city, we will always update our Instagram accounts with information about upcoming guest spots and dates, so be sure to check in regularly for updates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer to take cash, but PayPal is also accepted in some cases. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use PayPal.

Where can I find your available flash designs?

All available flash pieces are posted on our Instagram accounts. You can find flash for both Brenna and Till in their "flash" story highlights. If you see a flash piece that you love but we have already tattooed it, we are always more than happy to come up with a slightly changed variation just for you, so don't hesitate to ask!

Can I take one of your designs to be tattooed by another artist?

We are happy to hear that you love our work enough to want it as a tattoo, however we ask that you do not do this. We spend a lot of hours creating designs to perfectly fit our own tattooing styles and flash pieces are like our own very personal artworks that are dear to us. We create these pieces with the intention to tattoo them for someone ourselves. To take an artists designs for others to tattoo is also copyright infringement. Please respect artists. Thank you for understanding.

What is a private tattoo studio?

A private studio means that we can focus solely on the customer(s) that we have scheduled for a given day. We don't take any walk-in customers and work only when we have appointments scheduled and planned in advance. This differs from a traditional tattoo studio because instead of a chaotic environment with many different artists and customers coming and going, your tattoo day is all about you. We are able to best focus on making the highest quality work possible this way as well as making sure nothing about the appointment is rushed or over-looked. Because the space is private, we also look a bit different that the traditional shop. We have only 1 to 2 work stations set up on any given day and the same amount of customers at a given time. We also don't have a storefront in which you can access from the street, which means that if you don't have an appointment with us, you wouldn't be able to find the studio. We give out our address only to customers who have scheduled with us. We hope you will become one of our many customers who have told us that they have never felt so comfortable in a tattoo studio before.

Can I see my custom tattoo design or a sketch beforehand?

We generally send tattoo designs the day or evening prior to your appointment. As we have a lot of custom designs to get done, we are not able to provide designs far in advance in order to make sure we prioritize the first upcoming appointments. We also do this to ensure that people don't take our designs to be tattooed by another artist, as this unfortunately happens often in the industry. With that said, you are always able to request changes or additions to the design and we will work with you to make sure it fits your vision. This is why it's also important to provide us with as much detailed information, description, inspiration pictures etc. as possible when booking your custom piece. Please understand that the deposit only serves as an agreement that you will come to your appointment (though we do understand that rescheduling has to happen sometimes) and does not equate to a purchase of the design artwork.
